Hello to who ever is reading this, I assume you survived the dark ages of 2020, where the novel corona virus, or COVID19 reared it’s ugly head. I managed to get my 200 hour yoga teacher training during that unfortunate event, it was an amazing experience!!
I Love Yoga!
I Iook forward to practicing my skills with who ever will give me the pleasure. 🙂
I always make time in the morning for sun salutations and stretching, and then a hike/run to Loma Bonita. Depending on the festivities the night before, this can start anytime between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. , or at sun up, before the heat of the day. Please join me or feel free to go on your own, or not at all. No pressure, no judgement. I go regardless so don’t feel bad if you can’t make it. But I guarantee, if you go, you won’t regret it.
Raising your consciousness through meditation. So helpful to unwind from your busy life.
The waves here most days are fantastic for boogie boarding. Playa La Barrita has a small reef in front. This stops any massive rollers coming in (sorry surfers), as well there is no steep drop off. So long as you are cautious and don’t try go out too far, you can catch a nice wave into shore. Fun for kids of all ages. 🙂
Depending on our availability at the time we might have a boogie board you can try out.
